Interest Group: Dane County Human Services??
Table #: 2
Name of Team Spokesperson:
Short Term Goal (Timeline for completion must fall within one year from today): Have more training by unit on TIC
and integrate TIC ideas into our work in the community
Steps to Achieve Goal
Take request to Sue Milch or others by unit across Human Services getting
ongoing training across all DHS Divisions on TIC (BB, DOA, CYF, CPS, ACS, Sheriff,
EA, ADRC, MH)
Using the language of TIC in meetings with public and elected officials
Continue to build cross-unit on common issues or cases
Work more closely with police on TIC issues. Disjointed feeling of county units.
Be willing to actively partner on cases, not just talk about it.
Once training in place, seek vested partners to create a TIC network to meet
quarterly
Working within our teams and client meeting would be ongoing and case by case
basis.
Discuss ongoing what next steps we need. How do we develop this further in
communities and with other groups? See commul treat ? (could not read) from
invested partners
