1. Draw a tic-tac-toe grid on a piece of paper. You will need two
different color markers.
2. Pick a number between 23 and 73.
3. Write your number somewhere on the board.
4. Now your partner gets to go. You +1, -1, +10, or -10 depending on
where you want to put your number on the tic-tac-toe board.
