I'm representing TIBCO Spotfire at the workshop so I don't have any academic work to
share. However I'm very interested in understanding more about the need for visualizing
Electronic Health Records and ideas for how it can be done. I'm especially interested in
understanding if Spotfire's capabilities can be of any use in addressing these problems. I
have worked at Spotfire since 1999 initially with visualizing bioinformatics data and later
as a product manager and project manager supervising the development of Spotfire's
visualizations and user interface components as well as building out Spotfire's platform to
support 3rd party development of components and solutions.
