SLO Defined (redefined) Plan methods of assessment Conduct assessments Enhancement Reflection Summarizing data 3) Assisted in making the APRU a meaningful document. APRU #4 Planning & Resource Allocation (PRA) The connection between SLO/SSLO/AUO work and the PBTs 4) Established SLO process “help” hours with the idea of eventually building a sustainable SLO/SSLO/AUO assessment process. Mission Review CPR & 5-Year Plan Timeline: •Fall 2013: CPR document will be developed •Winter 2014: Campus-wide dialogue & training •Spring 2014: CPR sumitted CPR & 5-Year Plan The “BIG Picture”: •All SLOs need to be assessed •All PLOs need to be assessed CPR & 5-Year Plan Liaison Work with individual departments/programs to determine ‘where they’re at’ with respect to the ‘big picture’.
