Confirmation of Submission
Dear $FORENAME,
I am writing to you further to your submission of an Exceptional Circumstances Claim,
($CLAIMNO of $CLDATE). Since it is possible to submit a claim without evidence, please
ensure evidence has been uploaded. If you do not yet have the evidence, please ensure that
it is uploaded within 21 days. Evidence acquired after this point should be emailed to
Mec.Chair@sussex.ac.uk.
Deadlines for the submission of claims and evidence may be shorter just before the exam
boards. At these times, the banner at the top of your claim form will give any upcoming final
deadlines for submitting claims with evidence.
