Instrucciones:
You will be listening to the song “Amor y control” by the Panamanian
singer-song-writer Rubén Blades. The song is done in the style of salsa, a Latin
partner dance, and has more than the single verse that appears in this activity
a. The first time through, listen to the song without looking at the lyrics and write
down any words you recognize. Write as many words as possible.
b. Before listening to the song again, take 1 minute to circle the words on the
lyric sheet that you heard the first time through. Next, underline the words that
you recognize in the lyrics.
c. Listen as the teacher plays the song twice, and fill in the blanks.
