Choose a card at random from the cards marked “Vendedor.”
The amounts range from $130,000 to $170,000. When creating
your home, you cannot exceed this amount.

In the space below, draw buildings and attractions in and around
your house to make it as appealing at possible. Use the handout
“House Values” to calculate what the value of the house will be.
Note that the basic price of the home is $100,000, and for each
attraction there is a corresponding value (positive or negative).
The buyers will be looking for certain features that are most
important to them, so it would be a good idea to try to guess
what those features might be.

want or be like. For example, “Es importante que ella tenga
mucho dinero”. Bring these pages and the handout “House
Values” to class.
