An act appointing SGA Superior Court members; providing for codification;
providing for a short title; and providing for an effective date
BE IT ENACTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION:
Section 1:
TITLE. This act may be known and shall be cited as the SGA Superior Court Appointment Act
Section 2: PURPOSE. To appoint student members to the SGA Superior Court
Section 3: In accordance with Title IV, Chapter 2, section 8, subsection b, which delineates the appointment process for
students on the SGA Superior Court, the following students shall be thus appointed:


Noah Johnson
Kelbie Kennedy
Section 4: This act shall become effective, while in accordance with the SGACA, immediately following
passage and approval.
