Highlighting and Copying
• Areas can be highlighted by mouse or by
using the name box in the upper left corner.
• Highlight several areas by holding Ctrl.
• Highligting areas and then typing
– Ctrl-D -- will copy down.
– Ctrl-R – will copy right.
• Can also copy/paste using Ctrl-C Ctrl-V
