Teaching Practical Now you get the chance to lead the class! You will be part of a group of 4-5 and present a mini-class. Prepare a five-minute routine, which may consist of a warm-up, aerobic/cardiovascular, toning, cool-down, or stretching portion (these will be assigned at random). It must “flow” and the class must be able to follow your routine. You may use any combination of techniques, including teaching in the water or on the deck. You may also choose to have music or not. Include during the practical: -Your name -What part of the routine you are instructing -Clear instructions on what you’d like the class to do, including names of the exercises -Which muscles the exercises are working You will be graded on your preparation and on how well the class is able to follow your routine. Again, I don’t expect perfection, just preparation and the ability to lead the class in exercise. Possible points =20. Practicals will take place the week after Thanksgiving!
