VALIDATION OF NEW COURSE – DOCUMENTATION FOR REVIEW BY PANEL
The School should submit the compiled set of documentation to the Validation Secretary at least three
weeks prior to the date of the event.
The documentation should be compiled in the following way:
1.
A narrative section covering the following topics:
The overall vision for the course now and in the future
The academic rationale for the course
How the course relates to the School’s Teaching and Learning Strategy
The intended student experience
The anticipated employability of those who graduate
