Flowgate Capacity) for the reciprocal flowgates as per JOA. This report is posted on the
OASIS at approximately 09:00 each day.

SPP NNL ASTFC Calculation
Under the Joint Operating Agreements, reciprocal flowgates are allocated between entities based on historic usage. All impacted entities (both reciprocal and non-reciprocal) receive an allocation share of the flowgate capacity, based on their historic point-to-point and NNL usage. NNL is a term that is used in reference to this allocation to imply the
Network Native Load use of Flowgate capacity.
