COMMITTEE OR LIAISON:
Holiday on Campus
DATE & LOCATION OF MEETING:
Monday, October 7, 2013 at 1:30pm in Peabody 221
ATTENDANCE:
Present: Senator Adedeji, Senator Bennett, Senator Heil,
President Livingston, Senator Millican, President-Elect
Perkins, Administrative Coordinator Melonie Milton
Absent: Senators Judy Collins, Lorita Collins, Davis, Jones
and Silver
PRESENTATION:
The committee began preparations to hold the 24th Annual Holiday on Campus at the LSU Union
on Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Holiday on Campus will be the first of three events that
night as part of the University’s holiday event.
The committee spent the majority of the meeting reviewing the different pieces of the event
and determining questions and special needs in the context of the new location and time. Some
committee members signed up to handle different subcommittees for the event.
President Livingston will reach out to Michelle Lowery to discuss questions that the committee
has and report back to the committee as soon as possible.
The next meeting will be held at the event location to allow committee members a chance to
view the area and develop a plan for the night of the event.
