COMMITTEE OR LIAISON:
Holiday on Campus

Monday, October 21, 2013 at 1:30pm at the LSU Union
ATTENDANCE:
Present: Senator Adedeji, Senator Bennett, Senator Davis,
Senator Heil, President Livingston, Senator Millican,
President-Elect Perkins, Administrative Coordinator

Proxies: Senators Judy Collins, Lorita Collins, Saucier and
Silver
Absent: Senator Cheney
PRESENTATION:
The committee met at the LSU Union to get an idea of the space it can utilize for the event. Also
present at the meeting were Michelle Lowery (Campus Life) and Nikki Godfrey (LSU Union
Promotions) along with support staff from the LSU Union.
The committee received clarification on plans and policies for the event and determined that the
event will take place from 6-8pm. Plans for follow-up regarding funding, donations and food
were discussed.
The committee will begin handling donation requests, volunteer sign-ups and securing
entertainment for the event.
