Students are motivated to discuss mathematical functions and strengthen their conceptual foundations and understand mathematical relevance in everyday life. The class will include a review of the concepts learned in Algebra I, Geometry, and the SAT. Students who master Algebra II will gain experience with algebraic solutions of problems in various content areas, including the quadratic, absolute value, square root, cubic, logarithmic and exponential functions, as well as an understanding of complex numbers.
