If so, please refer to the second protocol down below in regards to custodial services.
** If you need to CANCEL/CHANGE your room reservation, please send an email with your room confirmation #. You
will receive notification of the change and/or cancellation via email.
The individual requesting a room reservation is responsible for arranging & paying for any of the following
services as needed:
1. AUDIO VISUAL  Call Classroom Technology @ 737-3404.
2. CUSTODIAL SERVICES  PLEASE COORDINATE THE PROPER CLEANING ARRANGEMENTS AS ALL ROOMS MUST
BE CLEANED AFTER EACH EVENT. Your department will be charged for restorative costs if the space is not
returned to its original condition. To request cleaning, furniture set up, etc. you must submit a Facilities
Request for Service Form (including your YNHH Cost Center Number) no less than (3) business days prior to
the date of the event. If you do not have this form, please email us and we will forward one to you.
3. Balloons are NOT ALLOWED in the: Harkness Ballroom, TAC Auditorium and Marigolds Dining Hall.

YSM Courtyard Event Policy – If you are requesting to reserve: Amistad Park / TAC Courtyard / or the
SHM Rose Garden / Harkness Patio  After you are informed of availability, you must submit (2)
Facilities Request for Service Forms for Fire Code Compliance Department to ensure that your event meets
all life safety requirements and Grounds Maintenance for lawn maintenance and /or trash receptacle needs.
Reservation confirmation will be emailed upon approval from both departments. Once you submit these two
forms, we will forward them on to the corresponding persons. Upon their approval, we will send you the room
confirmation email.
