Services offered through Trillium Family Services’ Child and
Family Therapist

For students and families on Oregon Health Plan only (if family does not have
any insurance talk to the Child and Family Therapist about getting them signed
up on OHP through Healthy Kids):









Individual therapy
Family therapy
Group therapy
Skills training
Case management
Parent education
Parent support groups
Psychiatric assessments
Services coordination
These services can be provided at Rowe Middle School (before, after, or during
school hours), at the student’s home, or at Parry Center for Children (3415 SE
Powell Blvd. Portland, OR 97202).

For students and families not on OHP and who need less intensive services:






Drop-in services
Support groups
Peer to peer counseling
Life skills development
Health promotion
Mentoring
If a student and/or family do not have OHP but have private insurance instead and need
consistent individual and/or family therapy as well as any other psychiatric services the
Child and Family Therapist will refer them to an outside agency.
PLEASE NOTE: Informed consent and a release of information to consult with
Rowe staff (verbally, via email, etc.) signed by the guardian is needed after the
initial meeting with a student and/or family before the Child and Family Therapist
can continue meeting with the student and/or family or the student participates in a
group offered by the Child and Family Therapist.
