the south and the Duvha Power Station in the north, Middelburg,
Mpumalanga.
This letter serves to confirm that Strategic Environmental Focus placed two site
notices and circulated letters informing interested and affected parties of the
proposed Environmental Impact Assessment on 21 October 2003.
