2015 Acidified Foods Class Scholarship Application
Deadline: November 1, 2015
The Prince George’s County Farm Bureau will offer two $250 scholarships for
farmers/food producers to attend the ‘Understanding Acidified Foods Workshop’ hosted
by University of Maryland Extension, Prince George’s County with Dr. Martin Lo of
BioIntelliPro. Applicants or their spouse must be members of the Prince George’s
County Farm Bureau at the time the application is submitted. You may submit your
membership application with the scholarship application if you are not a member
currently.
Awardees will be announced by November 15, 2015. Payment will be made directly to
BioIntelliPro on your behalf.
To be eligible for the scholarship, the following documents must be postmarked by
November 1, 2015:
 The PGCFB Scholarship Application (see next page)
 PGCFB membership number or completed membership application
