GLYS - Green Loving Youth of SASTRA
The prime motto behind the GLYS forum is to fight the evils which threaten the natural harmony
of our environment. GLYS aims at preading awareness among friends about several issues viz
proper usage of potable water, saving electricity and many more. We have slogan writing,
poster presentations, pencil sketches and cartoon drawing competitions with topics related to
environmental protection. We have been contacting reliable people and trying to get
information on the setting up of a Bio-Compost pit in the college for decomposing the waste.
These are the various activities that GLYS @ ACE has taken up.
