The Request For Competitive Seal Proposal (Project No. 14-02) is hereby amended as set forth below:

The Submittal deadline is hereby changed from February 06, 2014 at 2:00PM (local Time), and is extended to February 18, 2014 at 2:00PM Local Time.

Any explanation desired by a prospective proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of the
Solicitation documents must be requested in writing via e-mail to Phillip Barker, Senior Buyer at phillip.barker@hccs.edu no later than 3:00p.m. (local time) on February 07, 2014, for a response to reach prospective proposers before the submission of their proposals. Any HCC response will be in the form of an amendment of the solicitation or an informational letter. The responses will be made available to all prospective proposers via the HCC website at www.hccs.edu.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
