Employee will be responsible for answering phones and addressing student questions and inquiries over-the-phone
and in person. Must be knowledgeable of various Coleman program requirements. Employee will assist in filing and
documenting transcripts and assisting Enrollment Services Associate and Assistant with other duties as assigned.
Must be prompt, professional and exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times. Must respect confidentiality.

Business Casual Attire Required.
Objective (What [skills or experience] will the student develop in this position?)
Student(s) will develop and improve customer services skills, phone etiquette, time management, teamwork and handling complex
situations. In addition, the student will learn more in depth about the admissions and registration processes, working behind the
scenes to ensure student enrollment is consistent with the policies and procedures as they relate to HCC. Student will have an
opportunity to interact with customers and be able to translate the knowledge accumulated to improve student success. Student will
gain experience working in a diverse environment, participating in dialogue that will be influential in decision-making and be able to
share the experiences of their classmates to help improve student success. Student will develop strong communication skills, public
speaking skills and also skills that can be used in the future as they grow and matriculate professionally.
