为什么需要以知识体系为基础的认证?
软件的复杂性导致产品质量下降，成本上升，甚至导致项目失败。
软件企业对知识的需求比学校的教程更新更快，学校的知识并不能完全和现实
需求相匹配。
面向过程的认证（ PMP, CMMI, Agile ），并不能独立解决这个问题。软件工程
师理论和实践相结合才能帮助提高整个从业水平。
面向产品的认证（ Microsoft, Cisco ），不能满足软件工程师对知识体系的需求。
基于知识的认证是评测软件工程师基础知识体系以及在此之上的实践能力的最
佳途径。

CSDP: 为卓越软件工程师（4年以上工作经验）
设计，确认专业领域的领导能力。
CSDA: 为高级软件工程师（不少于2年工作经
验的计算机专业或不少于4年的非专业人员）设
计，提升和确认专业领域的实践能力，为CSDP
认证准备。

CSDP
高级软件工程师，IEEE会员，以及其他具有如下条件:

 IEEE非学生会员
工作经历: (至少具有一项)
 高级软件工程师并至少在软件开发方
面具有4年的工作经验 (~7,000 hrs)

 具有2年以上软件开发和编程经验的
计算机专业人员(~3,500 hrs)

CSDA/P 考试细则
计算机化考试, 世界各地都有考试中心
考试具有180个问题，150个计入成绩，30个是作为发
散题目
考试完成需要用时3.5 – 4小时。
在离开考试中心之前即可获得考试成绩。
认证证书将在4-6星期之后获得。
SCP项目
SWEBOK所包含的15个知识域
主要作为教学使用，而不是评估测试。
SCP课程分为4个模块，每个模块完成以后由IEEE CS和培训机构共同
颁发一个证书。
SCP的课程是CSDP/CSDA认证评估的先导课程。
