Personal Property Losses
Statement of Policy
Except as provided above, the District will not be responsible for any loss of, or damage
to personal property belonging to Board members, employees, authorized volunteers, or
students at any of this District's educational institutions while such property is located on
premises owned, leased or occupied by this District, unless due to act of neglect of this
District.
