Cranfield offers a dynamic ‘innovation habitat’ consisting of Cranfield University
Business Incubation Centre (CUBIC) on campus and the adjacent Technology
Park (incorporating the Innovation Centre).
Cranfield University, along with development partners St. Modwen, has been
developing this high growth, high-tech, knowledge-based cluster for nearly 20
years. This stimulating and supportive hub, from which many companies have
benefitted, provides the space and flexibility to support every stage of business
growth. Rent-free accommodation in CUBIC provides the perfect launch pad for
fledgling businesses, whilst larger or more established businesses can choose from
flexible options on the Technology Park, starting with self-contained office space in
