Q. What can I do if I'm not seeing anything on the display screen upon
powering on the wireless IP phone?
A.
If the screen display on the wireless IP phone is not showing anything, it is due to batteries that are not
properly placed or devices that are not properly connected together. To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Ensure that the batteries are properly placed in the battery compartment.
Step 2:
Make sure you have properly connected the handset, charger, and the base station together.
Step 3:
Place the handset on the charger to recharge the batteries.
