SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUPERINTENDENT / PRESIDENT
I am pleased to inform you that the Board of Trustees has asked Ms. Teresa Dreyfuss to
assume the position of Superintendent/President of Rio Hondo College pending final
negotiations. This will mark an important milestone for the College.
Ms. Teresa Dreyfuss serves as Interim Superintendent/President at Rio Hondo College,
and previously served as Vice President of Finance and Business. Ms. Dreyfuss
received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chinese Culture, Taiwan, and a
Masters of Business Administration from the University of LaVerne.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the Rio Hondo College Presidential
Search Committee members for their dedication and their hard work on behalf of Rio
Hondo College. We owe a debt of gratitude to all Committee members for their service.
It is also important for me to acknowledge the involvement and contribution of all of you.
