opportunity to check out a text book from the library, but it is very useful that
some classes offer the opportunity to check out a text book for a few hours
because student's might not have enough money to buy all their textbooks at the

Staff can learn more of customer service and actually being interested in being a

That is not professional looks bad on RHC service get us students to feel as if

But overall I do appreciate the great opportunities that RHC has to offer us
student's.

One of the complaint I saw and encountered was the the limited issues and
hours that we can use of textbooks required in a class. For example, the book
that I need in Chemistry was only allowed for two hours but it will take you more
than two to comprehend the material and do the homework simultaneously. Also,
you cannot hug the book because some students that limited on their resources
on purchasing books are waiting for you. Maybe more textbooks are allowed to
borrow and more hours.

Some books need to be updated. Or, in other words, some of them look old.
Also, it might be a good idea to have a single computer reserved as a "kiosk" for
the library's catalog. This way students won't HAVE to reserve a computer JUST

Since I haven't had to check out a book at the library, I don't know the process of
having to wait for a book in case that another student is using it. I think that
having more than one copy of the textbook on hand would be helpful since I
know and have seen a few students that can't afford to buy a book miss out on
the first few assignments because of them not having a book. Although you can
reserve a book, maybe two or more copies would benefit students that have to
wait for a textbook to become available.

Perhaps it would be useful to have one computer in the study rooms. There are
quick questions that come up that would easily be answered without having to go
through the process of signing in and waiting for an available computer. They
would also benefit those groups who are working together on an assignment and
cannot always do it because they take up the chairs of other computers. An
additional printer would be great as well. Many times there is a traffic jam of
people waiting to print.
