If you have not already done so, please schedule a day and time to meet with the committee in November. Contact Rebecca Rayas at x3412 or e-mail rrayas@riohondo.edu. Program Review Plans are due on Friday, October 18, 2013 regardless of when your program will meet with the Program Review Committee. The following information will be helpful as you complete your Program Review Plan. By this time, you should have already started to create your Program Review Plan. If not, please immediately log in to the software and either start a new or roll over a previous plan. The template is similar to that used for Program Plans. Please follow the help text to see additional requirements of programs creating program review plans. Once the software template for your 2014-2015 plan has been created, the IRP office will place your data into the plan. Program data is also available on the public drive here P:\Planning\Program Review Data 2014-2015 in Access Rio Portal on the IRP Channel. You will have data for five years when available. The committee members will ask questions, get clarifications, give commendations, and together with the program team, suggest program-level and institutional-level recommendations. Your input is vital as we continually seek to improve the planning process. Immediate feedback may be given on the Institutional Planning Feedback Form on the IRP website, via e-mail to Howard Kummerman or any member of the IEC, and during your participation in the Planning Process Survey that will be distributed in Spring 2014.
