To maintain your connection, give your people something to: • Connecting with people begins by caring for people • You can care for people without leading them but you can’t lead them without caring for them • People do not care how much you know until they know how much care • Feel • Learn • Hold on to Law Of Connection 6 Movie 7 Activity: Relationship Assessment • How much do you know about the people who work for or with you? In this exercise, you will evaluate the quality of your relationships with six individuals that you lead and/or influence within your company • Instructions: – Part One: Relationship Assessment Place one name in each column at the top of the form. Assess how each individual would rate the quality of their relationship with you by scoring each question to the right.
