Outcome# 2 Students will demonstrate the ability to develop a project plan and schedule using project management software. Outcome#3 Students will demonstrate the ability to communicate and work effectively with members of a team and members of external groups. If so, please summarize how and why in the boxes below: Skills based assessment. Ongoing class project, which allowed them to learn and apply these skills. I 00% of students were able to complete tasks successfully. These results demonstrate that students can complete tasks given based on industry standards. No these skills are needed for real world work and are based on industry standards. Skills bases assessment and homework assignments using MS Project. There were some software problems and curriculum chosen had answers that students could readily access. The project plan and scheduling was a great success. It demonstrated the required knowledge they need in industry. The MSProject assignments cannot be used as answers were readily available. No, however, the assignments will be rewritten for the next year. Students worked on all projects in teams. All students completed tasks successfully with I 00% accuracy. Teamwork is a difficult skill to assess, however, I believe I received great results and feedback. Students demonstrated they could work on teams in the real world. No, the skills learned and evaluation methods used are based on real world situations and based on industry standards.
