Important 2009 Yearbook information!
Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, plus those Seniors and Staff needing photo ID’s:
• Portraits: For the yearbook and Photo ID’s
- Monday Sept. 22nd and Tuesday Sept. 23rd.
- Make up portraits are Tuesday October 28th.
- Information about portrait packages will be distributed during your physical education class. You must pay on Picture Day.
Prints from a home ink jet printer, Cell phone photographs, and low resolution photos of any
type are never acceptable.

Seniors:
• Senior portraits:
- Will be taken Monday through Thursday, July 28-31, Wednesday through Friday, September 24-26, and Monday through Wednesday, September 29-30, October 1
- Makeup portraits will be taken Monday, November 3, and Tuesday, November 4
- The attire is: boys-dark jacket and tie; girls- BLACK top. All clothing must abide by the district dress code. No hats and no hands.
- Yearbook senior portrait selection must be made by Tuesday November 25th or the selection will be made for you.
- You will receive further information in the mail from the photographer regarding ordering and pricing.
• Baby pictures: To be placed by your senior portrait & write-up the photo must be submitted ASAP. (send them to B-9)
If you do not submit a photo, your baby picture location will be blank! Ink jet copies are not acceptable.
• Senior Write-ups: (send them to B-9)
- Due ASAP -150-200 words typed in mixed case. (No coded messages. If we do not understand it, it will not be printed.)
- References to drugs, sex, alcohol, racism, and profane language will be eliminated.
• Pictures from the past: Kindergarten through 11th grade are wanted to show our glorious history.
• Senior Mob Shot: Wednesday Sept. 24th on the bleachers. (Followed by the Maroon Band, Gold Band, Show Band, Orchestra, & Chorus.)

Important:
• Checks payable to Madison High School-yearbook. In the memo section enter the “student’s name/yearbook.”
• Undeclassmen pick up your yearbook on Friday June 12th after school in room B-9.
• We do not deliver. Be sure to tell your child that you have purchased a book for them.
• Books ordered before Dec. 5th can be personalized with your son or daughter’s name on the cover for an extra $8.
