Schroders hires Senior Risk Premia
Specialist to join Multi-Asset Investment

Schroders Multi-Asset Investments and Portfolio Solutions business is today announcing the
appointment of Ugo Montrucchio as a portfolio manager. He will be based at Schroders in London
and will take up the post in January 2014.
Montrucchio joins from the BlackRock Multi-asset Group where he was a director and a lead portfolio
manager for its diversified growth and risk-parity strategies. Previous experience includes roles as a
fixed income investment analyst at Barings Asset Management and a senior consultant at Barra
International Ltd.
Schroders Multi-Asset Investments and Portfolio Solutions business has been selectively adding
resources to strengthen its risk premia based multi-asset approach with more than 40 investment
professionals now focussed on risk premia research.
