• Understanding the current situation involves obtaining
an in-depth understanding of the business strategy, the
business and technology environment and the current
status of IS/IT in the business.
• This makes it possible to determine the opportunities,
threats and requirements inherent in the business
strategy, and to recognize the strengths and
weaknesses of the business and its IS/IT.

informasi)
