1) A Public Auction of the following vehicles on "as is where is basis " will be held at
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Main Administrative Premises, R.T. Road, Near Maharaj
Bag Square, Nagpur on date 31 / 5 / 2012 at 12.30 p.m. The details of the vehicles are as

2) The interested parties are requested to attend the auction on the specified place, date and
time. All the bidders are required to deposit a sum of rs. 5000/- only by demand draft payable
to the “Registrar, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University” as a security
money and register their names with the undersigned on the date of auction well one hour in
advance before the commencement of auction, to become entitle to participate in the auction.
The security money will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders after the auction is over.
3) The vehicle will be auctioned on the highest bidders on full payment by bank draft / pay order
of any nationalized bank on the same day, after adjusting the amount of security money. The
successful bidder will have to remove the vehicles at his own expenditure on the same day
after the auction. No responsibility of the vehicle left by the purchasers after the auction shall
be taken by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
4) In case of failure on the part of successful bidders to deposit full payment and remove the
vehicle within the specific time, the entire amount of security money shall be forfeited.
5) All rights to decide the final bid are reserved with the undersigned, whose decisions shall be
final and binding in all matters relating to the auction. Any change in date and the time due to
unavoidable circumstances will be communicated.
