15-0307 – Driving While Intoxicated – 2/22/15 0214 – Lot 15D – Officer Garza – A UH visitor
was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after crashing through the fencing that separates
UH property from the light rail. The visitor was booked into the Harris County Jail. The
incident occurred at 0214 2/22/15. The case is Cleared by Arrest.
15-0309 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – 2/22/15 1056 – Lot 15H – Officer Moore – An
unaffiliated individual was observed loitering in lot 15H looking into vehicle windows. Contact
with the individual determined the man had a prior criminal trespass warning. The individual
was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail. The incident occurred between 1057
and 1138 2/22/15. The case is Cleared by Arrest.
