15-0288 – Theft – 2/19/15 1113 – UH Campus – Officer Nino – Multiple members of a
fraternity reported that a known individual has made unauthorized charges from their
organizational bank account. The incidents occurred between 1111 6/30/14 and 1117

15-0290 – 2/19/15 1415 – Cougar Village 2 – UHPD Records Clerk Cotton – A UH student
reported that someone stole his unattended, secured bicycle. The incident occurred between

15-0291 – Hazing – 2/19/15 1529 – Sergeant Mauro – An alleged incident of Hazing was
