dependent care credit, student loan interest deduction; and 0%/15% rate on capital gains and qualified dividends except for taxpayers in the top two brackets. Proposal
would repeal the limitation on itemized deductions (Pease) and the personal exemption phaseout (PEP) for taxpayers with adjusted gross income less than $250,000 for
married couples, and $200,000 for others, indexed for inflation after 2009.
