event of Early Modern European
History. It is constantly referred to
as the cradle of our Modern times
the catalyst for real democratic
change and usually the starting
point for any study of modern
European History Course. Its
impact is felt daily.
If the French Revolution occurred
today, we would be able to turn on
our television sets at anytime of the
day and find out the latest scoop
on any of the 24 hour news
stations. We would be bombarded
day in and day out with the
updates, commentaries and
special interviews.
With this assignment, we will give the French Revolution its day on television. In
small groups of 2 or 3, you will be responsible for presenting one of the key aspects
of the Revolution and its aftermath in an appropriate News Show Format. You may
present your news show on video if you wish.
