There is a $80 application fee. 2. Personal Statement: 2-3 double-spaced pages briefly telling us why you are interested in entering our program. Upload this through the online application. If you want to apply for the “Minority Fellowship” please include your statement for this as well. Refer to the website for guidelines. 3. Resume: Please provide us with any form of CV/Resume you currently have available. You can upload this to your application. We want to know what you have been doing that is related to Information Systems & Technology. 4. References: We require three recommendation letters. Please choose recommenders that can speak to your work professionally and/or academically. You can have your recommenders submit their letters online (your application will ask you if you want the system to email your recommenders directly), mail them directly to our offices (address at bottom of the page), OR you can have your recommenders email the recommendation letter to admiss@cgu.edu Here is a link to the recommender form, they do not have to use this form but we prefer that they do so: http://www.cgu.edu/include/Reference_Form.pdf 5. GRE/GMAT scores: We require that you take the GRE or the GMAT. You can take either test. If you have already taken the GRE, our university code for ETS is 4053. We do not accept scores that are five or more years old. Feel free to contact our Program Coordinator for more information on these tests. 6. International Students are required to provide us TOEFL or IELTS scores. These scores are REQUIRED in order for your application to be reviewed. The only way these scores are waived, is if you received a degree from a university that taught all your courses using the English language. The required TOEFL score is 85 and the required IELTS score is 6.5. 7. Transcripts: Please place a request with your previous school(s) to have a copy of your transcripts sent to us. Your transcripts must list your previous coursework and grades.
