Personal Statement
Submit a personal statement briefly describing why you
are interested in entering the MSIST / MBA program.
 2 – 3 pages, double-spaced.
 Reference any previous experiences or skills
which have prepared you for this stage, and
discuss your future ambitions upon completing
this degree.
 Include your full name, program title, and
application semester.


Personal Statement, Question 2
Submit three recommendation letters. Please choose
recommenders that can speak to your work
professionally and/or academically.
Reference letters cannot be emailed unless the writer is
faculty or full-time staff of the Claremont Colleges
Submit either a GRE or GMAT test score. Applicants
need only to submit ONE score for both programs.
Please note that we do not require or post minimum
test scores as we evaluate all applications as a whole.
We do not accept scores that are five or more years
old.

Visit
submission called the “Visual Essay.” For this
document, you will be asked to develop a visual
roadmap using images and designs that represent who
you are personally and professionally. The roadmap
should depict your career aspirations and demonstrate
how a Drucker MBA will help you achieve your career
goals.



International Students
Submit your TOEFL or IELTS scores. These scores are
REQUIRED in order for your application to be reviewed.
We do not accept TOEFL or IELTS scores that are two
or more years old.
 You may waive the TOEFL or IELTS scores if
you received a degree from a university which
taught primarily in English.
 The required TOEFL score is 80
 The required IELTS score is 6.5


Transcripts
Place a request with your previous school(s) to have an
official copy of your transcripts sent to us. Your
transcripts must list your previous coursework and
grades. If you are an international applicant, please
make sure your transcripts are translated into English
or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Mailed: Official transcripts
must be mailed in a sealed
envelope and stamped by
your institution.

Online: Unofficial
Transcripts may be
emailed to
admiss@cgu.edu or
uploaded to the online
application system as a
Supplementary Document.
This option is also
recommended for students
who are currently
completing their Bachelor
degree and wish to begin
the review process.
