Attendees will be asked to cast their vote for their favorite sessions that MPI will repeat the next day. You could provide cutting-edge technology or just keep it simple and go ‘back to the basics’. The challenge is available to all 71 MPI Chapters. To enter the contest, Chapters can submit their best education session(s) from the past year. MPI members will be prompted via email to log on to the WEC website to vote for their favorite session. The conclusion of the contest will yield the highest ranked sessions, and the winners will be featured in the WEC 2011 education session line-up. Be the exclusive sponsor of MPI Meeting Madness, including the contest and all winning education sessions (4). Each chapter with a winning submission will receive a $500 education scholarship from the sponsor (included in the cost of sponsorship), and each planner’s vote will be entered into a drawing for one of three prizes.* *Prizes will be valued at $1,000, $700 and $300 and will be supplied by the sponsor (not included in the cost of sponsorship). Up to seven awards are given away to recognize achievements by individuals, communities and organizations. This calls for an elevated and unique/innovative atmosphere. You will have 15 minutes at the beginning of the lunch/award program to take the stage and talk it up or just say a few short words. Sponsor will be able to attend and receive specific sponsor recognition signage at the awards ceremony.
