September 2007 – June 2008 Clinical Placement, Project Challenge, Children’s Hospital of Michigan Project Challenge provides comprehensive psychosocial care to children and adolescents with HIV. My responsibilities included conducting neuropsychological screenings with children to assess for cognitive decline and/or learning difficulties, assisting in group therapy for children and parents, and conducting individual therapy with patients in the program.
