Project Description / Statement of Work The General Library System wishes to create a strategic plan in order to implement the Campus Libraries’ Strategic Framework. Internal customers and stakeholders are asking GLS to provide specific and timely information in order to move ahead. IN SCOPE: Create a plan for implementing the Campus Libraries Strategic Framework within GLS to include measurable goals and specific action plans. GLS Executive Team will share GLS plan with LCC and invite other libraries to share their plans.
