Project Description / Statement of Work
The General Library System wishes to create a strategic plan in order to implement the Campus Libraries’ Strategic Framework.

GLS is at a crossroads as it plans for future infrastructure, facilities, and service needs. Internal customers and
stakeholders are asking GLS to provide specific and timely information in order to move ahead.

Project Goals
To identify and prioritize GLS goals and objectives that are aligned with the Campus Libraries
Strategic Framework then communicate and implement these goals.
IN SCOPE: Create a plan for implementing the Campus Libraries Strategic Framework within
GLS to include measurable goals and specific action plans. GLS Executive Team will share GLS
plan with LCC and invite other libraries to share their plans.
