New Feature: Selection of the recipient’s language You can now select the recipient’s language for Registered Envelopes. This new option enables the application to determine which language is used for the message body, according to the locale set for recipients. Before You Begin Register for a Cisco account if you do not have one. Go to https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do. Procedure Step 1 Go to https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/. Step 2 Log in with your Cisco account credentials. Step 3 Enter search criteria. For example, the best way to find all issues for BCE is to enter BCE in the Search For field. The following link displays the results: https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/search?kw=BCE&pf=prdNm&sb=anfr&srtBy=byRel&bt=custV Step 4 Optionally filter the search results by status, severity, or other properties. Step 5 Optionally sort the search results by various criteria Step 6 If you have questions or problems, click the Help or Feedback links at the top right side of the tool. There is also an interactive tour; to view it, click the link in the orange bar above the search fields. Supported Mobile Operating Systems For information about which Mobile Operating Systems are supported for release 2.1, see the IEA Compatibility Matrix. TCP Services Required for the Cisco BCE Application The Cisco BCE application requires the use of an available port for HTTPS or HTTP. The Cisco BCE application is typically configured to use HTTPS on port 443 and is unlikely to be configured otherwise. However, the application can be configured to use either HTTPS or HTTP on any available port. All other TCP protocols can be disabled without affecting the operation of the Cisco BCE application.
