Reviewer prepares a summary of performance reviews and forwards to Head. Summary of Performance reviews sent to Head for review and onto HR. Head of Unit and reviewer discuss the summary of performance reviews. Head of Unit to forward a Summary of all Performance reviews of the Unit to HR. Hardcopy of Review forms of all staff reviews carried out in the Unit confidentially stored in Head of Unit office. Recognition of excellence and achievement, management of underperformance Visible follow-up, accountability and recognition. Driven by Head and rolled out by reviewer. Ongoing engagement between reviewer and staff throughout the year
