ALTERNATE ROAD CLOSURES AT UNIVERSITY DRIVE, ENTRANCE 1 AND 4
Houston, Texas, July 19, 2012 – The University is currently undergoing a “Summer Parking Lot
and Road Maintenance” project throughout the campus. The initial phase of this project begins
Friday, July 20, 2012 with alternate lane closures on the west bound lane of University in
front of Campus Recreation and Wellness Center, and entrance 1 and 4 next to the
Welcome Center. The contractor (TAD3 Enterprises) will provide flagmen to manage traffic,
minimize delays, and allow immediate access for emergency vehicles. This phase of the project
is to be completed Monday, July 23, 2012, weather permitting.
The contractor will stage their equipment in parking lot 12A. Please refer to the site plans below
for more details.
