ERP Speeding Under Review
The University of Houston Police Department (UHPD) is currently monitoring speeding
issues at the Energy Research Park (ERP). Many faculty, staff, students and tenants have
expressed concerns about the excessive speeding in and around ERP. The mobile sign
will indicate the speed of the drivers in the vicinity. The most important message that the
sign brings is that the Police Department is aware of the excessive speed and is working
to reduce that from continuing. The mobile sign will be moved to different locations
around the ERP area during the week.
