Multimodal Parking Garage

Action: Approval of scope and site
The project will provide a minimum of 1500 parking spaces and approximately 500,000
GSF. Subject to the findings of a traffic/mobility study, the parking capacity may be
increased up to an additional 500 spaces for a total of 2000 parking spaces and
approximately 670,000 GSF.

West Dining Facility

Action: Approval of design
This item requests approval of the exterior design of the West Dining Hall (WDH), UH Building
#497. The Campus Facilities Planning Committee approved the site selection in January 2011.

University of Houston Art Acquisition

Mike Guidry will present on upcoming additions to the internationally renowned UH public art
collection.
