Scope of Work
• Renovate Moody Dining to accommodate an incremental
1700 Residents (+ 254%) to 2800 Residents
• North Facing Elevation
– Create new dining room access for Freshmen Housing projects
• Remove current stair access
• Build Pedestrian Bridge
• Necessary to handle increase traffic from new housing projects
– Augment natural lighting
• Replicate window treatment and design from east end of corridor
• Roof Top Elevation
– Relocate mechanical units from 2nd floor mezzanine level to roof top
• Remove all satellite dishes from roof top, none currently in use
• Cover new units to minimize visual impact
• Will improve preventative maintenance and access
